  Addition: Now a 1 star review. The rego transfer forms provided had the wrong date so I couldn't transfer the registration. When I finally received the new forms ServiceSA wanted to slug me with a late fee.

  My partner and I were convinced to by original car mats otherwise (we were told that) insurance may not cover for accidents resulting from unbranded mats. We paid for the mats on the day we bought a new car from them and have been waiting for the mats for 6 weeks. We rang once almost every week to follow up and the person that picks up each time cannot give us a definite answer about our mats and is not sure what to do. They say that they will call back but they never do. Very unprofessional and inefficient. Will not purchase from them anymore. They've robbed us of around $170!
